Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Somora. If something doesn’t feel right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.

To start a return, please email hello@somora.co with your order number, and our team will assist you with next steps.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@somora.co, and we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped into the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition and include proof of purchase.

One-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our heated silk masks. Each purchase comes with a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Heating element performance under normal use
  • Battery and charging function when used as instructed

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (such as fabric fading or minor fraying)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Improper care, including washing the inner heating pad
  • Lost or stolen items

How to File a Claim

If your mask experiences an issue within one year, please contact us at hello@somora.co with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is deemed defective under warranty.
