30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your Somora experience. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are free if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Eligibility
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and in their original packaging and condition.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@somora.co with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For U.S. customers, a small $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.
Defective or incorrect items qualify for free returns.
International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your mask is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@somora.co so we can make it right.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns that show use, wear, or laundering.
Final-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order was shipped into the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition and include proof of purchase.
One-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our heated silk masks. Each purchase comes with a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Heating element performance under normal use
- Battery and charging function when used as instructed
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (such as fabric fading or minor fraying)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Improper care, including washing the inner heating pad
- Lost or stolen items
How to File a Claim
If your mask experiences an issue within one year, please contact us at hello@somora.co with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is deemed defective under warranty.
