1. I have a concern about my order. What’s the best way to contact you?

Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST and will respond as soon as possible.

2. I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@somora.co.

Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

3. Where is my shipping confirmation?

Orders typically process within 2–4 business days before shipment.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

During peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If there’s still no movement after that, email us at hello@somora.co and we’ll contact the carrier on your behalf.

5. Do you accept international orders?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We’re working to expand international shipping soon—thank you for your patience and understanding.

6. What if I want to cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 1–2 days of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.

To request a change, please email hello@somora.co with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
